im getting a martin DM in june.

anyone know much about them or have one?
Gervais on Rosa Parks "she was arrested but then that law was changed- but she didnt stop there, she started sitting in the seats saved for disabled people. unbelavable, she talked to the driver when the bus was in motion- did she have the correct change ready? - did she bollox!"

i know martins cost less in the usa, do you think it costs a lots to have one shipped

Probably $100 or so for shipping (I've never shipped international, but its about $40 to ship domestic for me usually), but don't you have to pay pretty hefty import fees?

Nope, at least I don't think so. It looks like a plastic/mahogany thing. It still looks real and the sound is better tan most Dreads i'ver heard.I even compared it to a d18 and It was about the same. The small body is nice though.

No, any of the X series martins have HPL (high pressure laminate). Not solid wood.

The DM is of the road series, I think, which also have HPL.

I have to say that, with that money, you can probably get a all solid Larrivee...
I've never played/seen one, but you just have to look around.
