playing was pretty solid. a little too much hiss which was distracting, but i dug the playing a lot. to be honest, i wasn't a fan of the voice at all. way too nasally for my taste. the only thing i really liked was that you hit the high notes really well, but i think that comes from your voice being registered pretty high. personal preference, i suppose, but great cover otherwise.

well, this is might help you with the nasally voice. Try counting to 10 nice and slow and when you get to 6 pinch your nose and continue. If the pitch of your voice dramatically changes then you're pushing too much air through your nose which is what's causing the nasally sound. Keep doing this until there is a no perceptible change in the sound of your voice when you pinch your noise and that will give you an idea of how much air should be coming out of your mouth and how little out of your nose. Does this make sense at all??? Hope it helps!

it just a way of diagnosing the problem. If you sound nasally its probably because your creating most of your sound by pushing air out your nose. By doing it until there is no change in pitch you are teaching yourself how to create sound by pushing air out of your mouth and not your nose. It's a easy problem to diagnose, but it'll will take some time to break the habit. Once you do, your singing should improve!
good tracks. i really liked whatever you had going on in the background. keyboard? awesome sounding.
i agree w/ the vocal thing, but i told you that in your other cover. you play really well, you just gotta work on your voice a little. but luckily you can already stay on key, so all you have to work on is the tone. another good one man, i really really liked the instruments.

i actually used a keyboard. i dont own any of that fancy stuff howie uses. ive been working on my voice a lot lately. thanks again for that advice apps. u sound like u know what your talkin about which is good. so are u saying i should let more air come out of my mouth right when i sing? when i do that it sounds a lot different in my opinion. maybe even better. but who knows.
