Ultimate Live CD

Unread post by Flakes » Tue Mar 07, 2006 10:30 am

A girl I am friends with really really likes DMB. However, she has no live material. When I hear dthis I said I had to make her a cd showcasing the bands ability live. Rather than giving her one concert, I'm gonna make a CD with 10-15 really good live songs. This is where I need some help. In your opinion, what are your favorite or "the best" live songs. I have all the official releases so if its on one of those you could jsut say it, but its not an official release, a yousendit link would be great. Thanks.

Random movie quote to make you seem hip and "with it": Dr. Peter Venkman: I make it a rule never to get involved with possessed people. Actually it's more of a guideline than a rule.

i hate live compolations. what a band like dmb does live is amazing, they put thought into there set lists most of the time, and i think shouldn't exactly be tampered with. just get her listener supported.

if this is a chick you are trying to get in the sack, you might want to do it like this:

Say Goodbye - Live Trax. vol 3 (Meadows Music Theatre)
#41 - LS
Crush - Central Park
#36 - Red Rocks 95
Crash Into Me - Listener Supported
JTR - Folsom Field
Lover Lay Down - Red Rocks 95
I'll Back You Up - Live Trax. vol 1 (Centrum Center)
Loving Wings - Live Trax. vol 2 (Golden Gate Park)-->
Where Are You Going - Live Trax. vol 2 (GGP)
Stay - Live in Chicago or CP
