My advice is to go into a music store and play the guitars. Sure, you can see which ones are pretty on the net but you have no idea how they sound, play, if there is any warping.
The main thing that you get a guitar that sounds good to YOU and that you enjoy playing. It's hard to tell form pics on the net.
Peace

I would say if you are going to buy a guitar, DO NOT buy from a guitar store because I worked for one. They raise the prices hundreds of dollars and say that its retail, then they'll try and offer you a "good deal" and drop the price so its only 800$ more than THEY paid for it. Unless you know someone that works there or you've done the work and looked up manufacturers prices do not buy from a guitar store.

hmm, i really cant say anything about 2 of the guitars you have listed there but as for the takemine and the fender i can offer a little advice. i own a takemine g-series guitar, and also a fender 12-string, i cant remember what model. as for the takemine, i have had it for almost four years and it has taken major abuse and still plays great...i have to say it's been a way better guitar than i thought. actually, i recently decided not to sell it so i could buy this martin ive been looking at, simply because it is still holding up well and was my first real guitar. now the fender.... it is my experience that fender is really better at making electric guitars... but that may be because i haven't played many fender acoustics. my 12-string is alright, but it's really nothing to get excited about. in fact, im desperately trying to get rid of it! lol. i really cant review fender's acoustics, but my suggestion is the takemine if you're set on these specific guitars. like everybody said, though, you should go play a lot of guitars and then pick one out.
