Help Myself (and ME too!)

hey i was wondering if anybody out there would be willing to make me a quick video for help myself. actually, the only part i need help with is the "Colder grow the days..." part. the rest i got down, i'm just not sure of the timing for that part of the song. i thank you all in advance for your help!

EDIT: i already checked out the video on the site, but if somebody could do a clip of just that part, and maybe slow it down and play it at normal speed too. thank you so much!
