I have looked at this board many times for information on playing dmb music...(thank you for that by the way), but have never posted. I have searched, and have not found an answer for this yet. I am quite aware of tim's part on the two step intro, and I also found a part for Boyd's intro for violin. I tried to translate that to guitar with minimal success. I am just trying to figure out the three "chords" that Boyd plays at the beginning of two step. Right now I am playing something that is okay, but it could sound better. I put below what I am playing, but this is definitely not what he plays. If anyone could help me figure this out it would be great. Thanks.

Boyd's violin on the intro of two step for guitar
ok, well I have been listening to some shows, and the best thing i can get is this. It sounds decent, and I'm gonna go with it, so for future reference for anyone who wants it.....

e-----3----
b-----3----
g-----0----
with or without the g string
When Dave joins in, it is what I typed in the first post, except if you only play the b and e strings i think it sounds a little more accurate. If anyone can do better, PLEASE let me know.
