Moment of Silence

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

I thought that we could all share just a moment of silence for the closing of jason pevear's web site. I loved that site.

Grief is an extremely power afrodesiac.
Forget about the reasons and the treasons we are seeking
Forget about the notion that our emotions can be swept away, kept at bay
Forget about being guilty, we are innocent instead
For soon we will all find our lives swept away

Random movie quote to make you seem hip and "with it": The food court is downstairs. The cookie stand is upstairs. It's not like we're talking quantum physics here.

He got a new job, so he won't have the time to maintain it anymore.

He's not poor, but only 4 people donated to help him run it and apparently his new vocation requires a lot of time. I think that's fair since we've all be downloading kick ass high quality vids from his site for free for a while now.

Yeah, it's amazing how much $1 dollar a month would have kepth the site alive. I averaged about 2,000 visitors a day and approximately 100 new visitors a day. On top of that, the bandwidth usage was rediculous. The worst I had was over 200 GB in one month cycle. That's not including the 100GB I pay for, so essentially it was 300 GB of stuff downloaded in one month. And at 50 cents a MB, it was tuff to reason with why I was doing this.

It was fine in the beginning but the site got too big, too fast. Plus, I took an 8,000$ pay cut with this job so the extra money isn't there for this website that was costing 150-300$ a month to run.

Additionally, I just dropped 1,000$ on a new bed and paid off my computer 1400$. Then I bought Angie a 600$ band for her grandmothers engagement ring that she loves. I figure I spent enough on that site and def. dont have the time to maintain it. Shit, Iused to make 40 posts a day here, now Im lucky if I get 3 a week.

Anyway, thanks guys and remember to vote for c_tieze!
