Allow me to play the devils advocate. Lets say, despite the troubles they were having as a band during the making of LWS, they decided to tough it out, complete the album, and become so pissed at each other and disunified that they break up. If their crappy producer decisions have at least held them together, thats enough for me.

I disagree, I would have rather had DMB break up after making the Lillywhites than ever have heard Stand Up

However, if they broke up they wouldn't be able to do what they do best.....Play Live, and that's why i'm still a fan......

You cant deny the live shows now in comparison to 1998-2000 hardly showcase the band in the same light. I haven't seen Dave since 2004, and Im almost happy about it. I really think the band made a big mistake with all this.

i did't like the mraz album as much and thought X&Y want too bad, but they where produced well so enough said.
