And clocks was so fast. damn.
I liked city on down though, I think that was the best.
agreed. except i didn't like the chicks voice.. esp during clocks... too much vibrato imo
for what it's worth has always been one of my favorites

very cool video. i like your voice more than his. the guitar sounded great, nice use of the warehouse intro,
Gervais on Rosa Parks "she was arrested but then that law was changed- but she didnt stop there, she started sitting in the seats saved for disabled people. unbelavable, she talked to the driver when the bus was in motion- did she have the correct change ready? - did she bollox!"

Not meaning you, your guitar work was good as always. Little fast at times but otherwise good.
You should get rid of Dan, or tell him he cant sing and give him another instrument. Drummer seemed pretty good though.
I would have liked it more if it was just The Pat Band.
I understand this was more a joke but take your music seriously dude, you're talented.
completely agree

Look like you had fun up there, which is great. Timinig issues with the drummer. Your singing was pretty good.
I enjoyed the video. Sometime you just have to drop the serious stuff and have some fun. I do open mics occaisonally with a buddy of mine and we do Tenacious D tunes almost exclusively. If I had a way to do so, I'd post video of it.

I want to reiterate that IMO it's ok to make funny music or have funny performances sometimes.
Pat, yes, the guys are right, you are extrememly talented, but that doesn't mean you can't let loose a little and have a joke concert or whatever.

I agree wholeheartedly. If you cant joke around and have fun like this, you lose out on a lot of the energy from the crowds. Sure it's nice to play sweet songs, but being able to play a good song and make the audience laugh at the same time, that's golden. I'm not as talented as Pat is, but me and my friend who did 2 open mics, we played songs we knew the audience would have fun with, not every open mic has to be an Elliott Smith performance!
