NIIICE!!!!!
i'm hopin they go back to writing an album like UTTAD. I love BTCS, but i really need something less... ...i don't know what i'm trying to say. I guess i don't want an overproduced album.

If the album is entitled, "every other day", i will burn everything dave i own.

I was there...it was an awesome three nights and I cant wait for the dvd to come out. I could be off, but I'm pretty sure the only repeats out of all three nights were 1) They played Grace is Gone every night - they were supposedly filming a video for it. 2)Grey street twice - Turns out they did film a video for this.

I'm 99% positive those were the only repeats.

I can't believe that we would lie in our graves,
dreaming of things we might have been.

Why did dmb release grace is gone as a single and then not make a video for it? I know there was a demand for Grey Street to be released, but why didn't they make a video for Grace Is Gone?
Yes, I am in a box

they did that live at the gorge thing....i guess by stretch of imagination that could be considered a video. just not one played by anyone who plays videos....but isn't dmb already used to that :D

I just hope that DMB is not turning into an RHCP (Red Hot Chili Peppers). RHCP kinda just went from being funk and hyphenated bad-ass rock to this Zephyr crap. I blame it all on Under The Bridge, a great song btw. They went extra soft with Californication, and this new thing that they wrote...Ass...no bad, just ass. DMB was so funky with UTTAD, Rapunzel, Stay, ugh, I love those songs from back in the day. Granted DMB has a touch for the emo stuff, they always put in something energy packed, but look at Busted Stuff. The only songs like that: Grey Street and Bartender - and they both have relatively somber ideas behind them. I just want them to rock out like they used to. I know I will still like what they make. I just want another UTTAD or BTCS where anyone of those songs could have been a single. Anyone with me on this?

peace
I love you oh so well, like a kid loves candy and fresh snow.

i'm pretty sure i agree with you. Busted Stuff is a great album, but to me it seems really consistently mellow throughout the whole thing. UTTAD, on the other hand, is incredible, just because nearly all the songs on it have become instant classics. Crash too, i know everyone says its mainstream, but what nDMB album can you listen to all the way through, without skipping any songs that you don't like? finally, its long been said that btcs is a masterpiece, and i couldn't agree more. its such a varied album, with funky songs, dark songs, upbeat songs, jazzy songs, whatever, its on there. so busted stuff is probly my fourth favorite album, because its so somber the whole time.
