i'll be partying with my friend's roommate who works for taylor next weekend. He's worked there forever and is now just i thin on the manufacturing end.

i'm going to yell at him if they dont release it in a cutaway.

and hit him up to do the bine saddle and nut on my alvarez.

I imagine they'll see how they sell and let the market scream for cutaways, then they'll release them. The Cedar/Rosewood with a cutaway would be a dream acoustic for me.

what kind of sound differences will you get between the rosewood vs mahogany and the Maple vs mahogany and spruce vs cedar?

Rosewood = dark, loud, bassy.
Mahogany = warm, nice midrange.
Maple = bright, cuts through mix of band well.

Spruce = good for strumming, dave style.
Cedar = warm, quicker attack, used for fingerstyle alot.
