you'll have a hard time finding an acoustic baritone. i know dave had one custom made from taylor (which makes in damn near impossible to get) and ani difranco used to play one (but it isnt made anymore), so the acoustic is going to be limited. here's a list of baritones that i know of, you can go over to <a href="http://www.harmony-central.com/Guitar/Data4/">harmony central</a> to check out some reviews of them:
Alvarez-Yairi YB-1
Danelectro (Hodad, Innuendo)
ESP VB-300
Fury Fireball
Jerry Jones Baritone
OLP MM5
Veillette (6-string/12-string)

i've heard a lot of great things about veillette guitars, though i've never actually played one. i would also suggest checking out ebay, they will have some nice baritones every once in a while.

instead of being tuned EADGBE, they are tuned BEADF#B. actually, that might just be how dave tunes his, im not sure. i've heard that baritones are actually tuned A to A and dave just tunes his up, not sure if thats true or not. i doubt it though. they're not like a normal guitar because the scale of the frets on the neck is longer and there is more tension/stronger neck so that you can have strings tuned down super low and not sound bad or hurt the guitar.

They are tuned BEADF#B but A to A isn't uncommon...I think maybe Korn uses that? (Baritone is just a 6 string 7 string ;) )

while it is close to a 6-string 7-string, it is not. it has a F# instead of a G, though i suppose you could just tune that up. on the topic of non-six string guitars, has anyone ever seen/heard charlie hunter? he plays an 8-string guitar. the top 3 strings are the EAD from a bass, and then then next five are the ADGBE from a regular guitar. pretty crazy stuff, he plays the shit out of it though. go <a href="http://www.charliehunter.com/">here</a> for more information

Does anyone know if it's possible to tune a regular acoustic guitar to Baritone tuning(BEADF#B)? Every time I try to tighten the A string to E it breaks. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

rife, you aren't going to get anywhere tuning up an E to an A. You're lucky if you can get it up to a G.

Lots of companies do. I happen to own the Fender Subsonic version. You can only get those from the Custom Shop though.
