no thats not it..its the commercial where there is a white background...and the words are there and they crash into eachother, the song stops, then it starts up again. ITs all acoustic instrumental.

Im just making a wild assumption, but i think it's just basically C Am, and F with a capo thrown on the second fret

Could also be a basic open chord progression of D Bm and G with no capo
