renewing warehouse membership

Unread post by gravesRR7 » Mon Jan 02, 2006 9:49 pm

i've been a member for going on 5 years. i always renew before it expires, but i forgot this year. it expired on December 31st. can i still renew it and keep my 5 year status?

i'll renew anyway i guess, but i like the extra tracks on the CDs you get when you're in it for longer.

thanks
-Andrew

I think there's a grace period of a month.

When do you start seeing benefits from warehouse? I've been a member for two years or so and am still getting the same seats.

The Warehouse was a great idea back when the fan-base was picking up. Now there are far too many fans to equally share the benefits, though some of the original members are still being treated like royalty. I'm not trying to rape the band of their due pay but fan based groups never work-out once the population reaches that certain amount.
I haven't re-newed my membership since the second year i signed up. I love the band but the resources have run out for most WH members.

I've been for 3 years and money is tight so $35 bucks or whatever is might be expendable. But I did get hooked up with tickets for Red Rocks. We'll see when my thingy is up.

My first year(this year) I got hooked up with Red Rocks Nights 1,2,and3. Night two I got third row and the other two nights weren't bad either (Moved up to Row 20 or better though). However, I dont expect that to happen again. Probably because I was a first year member and they wanted to keep my business/35$. Ill renew it though. $35 dollars isnt a big deal to me and its just one more resource to possibly get some tickets so why not?

i never really got anything good from the warehouse, until this year. i got two sets of floor seats for 2 shows.

in all honesty, the membership is worth it JUST FOR THE MESSAGE BOARDS during tour time

you get an amazing amount of offers for really good seats (first 10 rows) ALL the time, and all for face value.

plus i like getting the warehouse CD

5 year status? LOL. You could have saved that $150 or so and put it in a savings account an at least made some interest.

There comes a point, Dave is rich ENOUGH.

As someone once burned by the WH I make it no secret that I think it's put together poorly and offers no real benefits.

I let my membership lapse last month. I figured that since I don't plan on seeing them this summer, theres no point in keeping my membership.

I think that they let it get too big. I doubt that at it's inception they figured it would be that big. It's too big and that makes the benefits not possible for everyone.

The Warehouse is WORTHLESS. I've been a member since March 1999(3rd month after they started it). I have gotten seats on the floor once(ALL THE WAY ON THE SIDE), denied for MSG Night 1 this year, and REAR SEATS for MSG Night 2 this year.

It's POINTLESS...POINTLESS...POINTLESS.
