Here's a link to a picture of one (this is an electric sitar guitar, mind you):

And here's a classic sitar:

And you really should listen to the Beatles at least once.

Because on some tracks there is more than one guitar. But on "Baby," for example, it doesn't even matter because there's only the one guitar, and it's obviously acoustic. But on "Dodo," there're at least 4 different guitars, not counting overdubs (Trey's intro guitar, Dave's acoustic and electric, and Tim's electric). So it's necessary with the multiple guitars to identify who is who.paywad927 wrote:what is the difference between "guitar(s)" and "acoustic or electric guitar"?
on some songs it says he plays either acoustic or electric guitar, and on some of them it just says he plays guitar. why do they say "guitar" instead of the actual type of guitar?

Jerry Jones makes two models of electric sitar. They arent too expensive. Ive played one once before and they sound pretty good, especially through a leslie amp. Ive seen them for about 400-500 on ebay but i figure I should get an electric or a 12 string before I invest in one.
