Clicking oddity
Usually I'm able to click anywhere in the box for the forum or post to get it to go, it just started to make me click the actual linked words. If this is the new deal, that's cool. If it just happened, wanted to get it out there.

I've been reworking the forum template; the new clicky code worked on all the browsers I tried so I uploaded it, but it didn't work on Firefox. I finished reworking it, it should be working now, and it now should not have the bug that it used to have where it would still load the thread in the main screen if you clicked the thread or forum title with the middle mouse button or command button in Safari. Everyone please report here if it doesn't work for you with your browser, version, and OS information.slimerdmb24 wrote:Usually I'm able to click anywhere in the box for the forum or post to get it to go, it just started to make me click the actual linked words. Instead of making a new thread, I thought I'd add this in here...
After I make a post I get to the "you message has been successfully submitted yada yada yada" and it used to automatically take me back to my post I just made...but now it just doesn't do anything. No big deal, but I thought you might like to know.

I have no idea why the text boxes changed, because the only thing I did wrt to that was to move them out of a separate CSS file imported in the main HTML to the main CSS file, so Firefox should have been doing that in the first place (my browsers didn't change at all). Anyway, I'm testing that redirect thing.
Edit: Worked fine, and I didn't touch any of that code.

Did you try it in Firefox? This has never happened to me EVER...and I've been using Firefox for about 1.5 years now.bbatsell wrote:I have no idea why the text boxes changed, because the only thing I did wrt to that was to move them out of a separate CSS file imported in the main HTML to the main CSS file, so Firefox should have been doing that in the first place (my browsers didn't change at all). Nope, I'm at work right now and haven't changed a single thing since I first installed it (July).bbatsell wrote:Testing in firefox.
Have you recently added any extensions to firefox?
