For me it's Santana, hands down. I liked black magic woman but to me his playing is just too similiar. Granted he has a good sound it never changes, plus lately he's being teaming up with some really bad "artists" to make pop songs. Sooo who's yours?

Lately? Thats how he made his big comeback in 1999.
I agree, IM sick of listening to his 4 note solos that are recognized by some as a great talent. You can instantly tell when he is playing a solo.... Way too recognizable for a solo guitarist, and that's not good. Diversity when playing solos is somthing I look for.

I don't care for Clapton. He is ridiculously talented, it just doesn't do it for me.

Hmmm, anyone you wouldn't be suprised to see a big pictures of at GC. I like claptons acoustic but his voice kinda rubs me the wrong way.

Forget about the reasons and the treasons we are seeking
Forget about the notion that our emotions can be swept away, kept at bay
Forget about being guilty, we are innocent instead
For soon we will all find our lives swept away

He's pretty sick on guitar, like that breakdown during 'take the veil cerpin taxt'? That shit made my ears bleed, he sounds like a machine.
Most overrated guitarist= Santana, I can't agree more. His solos are the exact same but in different keys, and they all sound annoying.
