i love this song and play the base parts nicley, but i want to be able to play the banjo stuff on guitar,
ive found a banjo tab but no banjo for guitar tab,

any helpers?

Just gonna have to buckle down and use your ear on that one, if I remember it gets quite complex on banjo, it's going to be much moreso on guitar.

You could drop your high E string to a D and play it almost straight up. Standard banjo is DGBD, so the high dropped D would give you EADGBD.

The only thing to remember is if its a 5 string banjo the 5th string is an octave above the middle string, so you'll have to be creative when its droned on.

Open G tuning (DGDGBD) would be closer, except again that the octave on the 5th string wouldn't be "right."
