Enjoyable. I love the harmonics right before the fusion of guitars around :30. Overall, the recording sounds a bit tinny to my ear. Good mix, good quality, just could use a bit more bass, in my opinion. Great job, though. A really nice listen.

Be excellent to one another.

Firstly, this reminded me alot of "And Then They Were Free".

A few things to note:
-Very little variation.
-Work on getting your bass notes isolated from the rest of your picking. I should be able to pick out a bass line from the picking. You're just playing the bass note, and including the rest of the chord over that. (I'm having a hard time explaining this) A good example of where it's noticable and detracts from the song: Check out :42 - :43. (and :49)You have that nice transition between chords on the high strings, but the bass note is playing right along with it. You want the bass to be seperate, trust me, you'll notice how it fills out the song tenfold.
-Metronome!

The best piece of advice I can give you on this is to work on isolating your parts. Rather than make all strings mimic the highlighted run that you're playing on top, find something nice to go along with it.

I suck at explaining things, sorry. :(

thanks pat and also greedylil

i don't think i heard of "and then they were free" but it sounds familiar, i'll check it out.

yes, thats something i have been trying to work on, the seperate alternate baseline, but its hard cuz i don't have the discipline and patience like other guitar vet, but i am on it. i know what you mean perfectly man, so good job explaining ;-)

lol yeah metrodome would be useful, i know i am little stubborn about using one, but i'll give that a try also.

thanks again, overall what do you think tho pat? hopefully this one is better than the other ones i posted.
