I used to email this guy at vh1 about re-airing both d+t and counting crows performances and he always says their gonna air it this weekend. Lieing p.os. :twisted:

You ought to be able to buy the shows somewhere.

In regards to re-airing the show...I don't know. In response to them losing the tapes or anything like that...not true obviously...and no, the tape did not cut out in the middle or any of that crap

Exactly. They just edited the show to fit the required time length they wanted for the show. The stories that they ran out of film, etc are completely false. They shot the whole thing and then edited it.....just like they do for any show.

marq sent me the whole show. some guy brought in a recorder to the show and taped it for audio, that's why it's bad quality.

Vh1 didn't allow taping during storytellers.A taper snuck in a recorder and hid it under a hat that he kept in his lap during the show. That is why the quality is bad. I bought a CD of this off of Ebay a long time ago. The guy I bought it from put it on a CD that you can't burn but I found a way around it. One of these days when I have the time I'm going to try and clean it up in Cool Edit.

I know this now! I bought it probably about 3-4yrs ago and at the time the guy described it as the actual CD. needless to say he is no longer a member on Ebay.
