How to mute strings?

For palm muting you just have to get used to it. And realize that strumming should be more of a wrist action and not a full arm action. I as well was a bit stumped on that one. Phil Keaggy is the man on the guitar, i met him once in Cali.
As for the muting, i think you 've got enough advice. If i had a camera i'd do you up some vids but i lost that in the ol' divorce :cry:
