Lovely lady, let me drink you please
Play the 7-7-9-9 on PLEASE. The 5-5-7-7 is played for eight beats and on please switch to the next chord and play that for 8 beats, I think...
Code: Select all
E:-----------------------------------
B:-----------------------------------
G:-7----------------------------9----
D:-5----------------------------9----
A:-5----------------------------7----

he switches chords around, from 557 ---> 5557 ---> 5577 (same goes for the A chord. They all sound pretty simliar but add nice touches for mixing up the song a biti-am-me wrote:just to clarify...the chords are 5557 and 7779. the tab on the site is wrong i believe. but yeah, chillins got the idea. just basically follow his voice. when he gets higher, you go higher.

THe DVD of Dave's performance at Benaroya Hall (10/24/02) is excellent. He is sitting down, the camera is dead centered in front of him and it is close up....enough that he fills the entire screen. Both right and left hands are in full view. Another great thing is that the camera does not move around at all. I use that video alot when I am trying to figure out strum patterns, etc.proudestmonkey41 wrote:heres my quick crush question... does anybody have a video of the strumming for an acoustic version? the ourmedia website isnt working?

seriously, it takes 2 seconds. Just tune down the peg a half a step. Play the 7th fret on the e string and an open a, when they sound identical youre in drop D, its extremely easy and makes the song much easier to play. Since that is, how its supposed to be played.Coldchillin23222 wrote:Just take the two seconds to put it in drop D...
