Lowden guitars

Anyone ever played these? I've played a few Avalons which is the company that took over the factory built Lowdens. They're nice.

The factory built Avalons. Really nice sounding guitars.

Never played one, but I've heard nothing but great things about them. If I remember right David Gray and Damien Rice both play them.

well made, great tone, will last a long time if you buy the right model as Louden as well as Martin, Taylor, etc. had to all produce entry-level/cheapo axes to stay competitive with the makers of cheap guitars that sell 'em cheap, make 'em cheap and mass produce
