SO YOU ALL SAW THE MTV SHOW?!??!!?
WELL I DIDN'T!!! Yeah...so fucking Isabel knocked my power out at 2am friday morning. I had no power and went to a hotel last night.....lo and behold I get to the hotel and...of course.....they only haver VH1 but NO MTV or MTV2!!!!!
Fuckin A....oh well, anyway...yes, that was me in the dress shirt and the pad of paper writing REAL fast.
Ok, now that you all saw the show....I promised that I would be posting an update yesterday. That clearly got shot down seeing as how I don't have power. I am on my friends computer in Towson but only for a short time. I can't get to my computer to post Save Me and So Damn Lucky so MOST of the update will have to be put on hold until I get power back....they said up to 7 days.....ASSHOLES!!!
Anyway, I figured I would give all you guys a preview to the best part of the update.
http://gear.dmbtabs.com
CHECK IT OUT!!! It lists all of Dave's gear along with accessories he uses. Now, I have not been able to get it 100% up but everything is working. The only things missing are the tours that Dave used each guitar and the news on the homepage.
Either way, enjoy it everyone and it's pretty cool. All the information is DIRECTLY from the dmbguitars webpage(old website is http://www.dmblinks.com/dmbguitars/). I got the info from the guy and he told me to keep it for dmbtabs.com. He didn't want any credit but I just wanted to make everyone know it's all respected info.
This'll be the last time I post for a couple days(after later tonight when I'm wasted....when of course I will post). Anyway, lemme know what you all think of that site and ENJOY!!!
Peace all and I'm the spikey hair jew in a dress shirt on the first row of the bleachers to Dave's Left. PEACE!!!

I saw the show. I remember seeing you moving you're head around trying to see Dave's hands...very funny. I think I pretty much figured out Save Me.
I can't believe that we would lie in our graves wondering if we had spent our living days well, and I can't believe that we would lie in our graves dreaming of things that we might have been...
It's pretty easy....G->F->C(open).........E(low)-3-2-0 ->Am->C......Then a bunch of Dave chords.billywestom wrote:I saw the show. I remember seeing you moving you're head around trying to see Dave's hands...very funny. I think I pretty much figured out Save Me.
Honestly though.....I think it's up there as one of my favorite Dave songs....at least the acoustic version.
Anyway....I stand by my statement that you guys are whiney bastards.....descriptions, ugh...YOU write something better for a damn guitar strap.

Peace...

Nothing to do with me being on TV. Just for sentimental value and to relive the moment. Seeing Dave 10 feet from you in such a small room....playing new songs was an amazing things....regardless of what MTV did to the whole experience......DMBFan63 wrote:why because you get to see yourself writing down every song?:-p
