rare TWO STEP?? WHAT IS IT?

I used to have this version on my computer, but I lost it. All i know is its two step live and someone does like a voice solo in it. its in another language, not sure if they are singing or just like skat. but its awesome. does anyone have a clue what i'm talking about, i wanna find it again.

you at least need to throw a year around, but it sounds like it may be a 'big voice jack' show.
