at the end of crash into me dave goes on with the Dixie outro what is he saying the c.d. i have you cant understand him..thanks all

Yes indeeed it is. I just spent the last 25min. looking for the artist who wrote it but i just can't navigate the net this drunk. Keeping up my spelling alone is tough enough. I have heard the original and its real country/grateful dead like. "i will be your dixie chicken, if you be my tennesse lamb."
Don't think that was an acurrate or helpful example but to answer your question again, yes this is a cover. Someone help me out and get me another drink plese!!!

Yeah, it's the chorus from Little Feat's Dixie Chicken

George Martin didn't write Dixie Chicken, BTW. That's 2 people. Lowell George (of Little Feat) and someone else. Google rules.
