i would listen to instrumental all the time, but i realize that the majority of music is written with lyrics. i just listen past them and listen to the music...

i know you will think i'm crazy, but i like phish's lyrics a lot, hardly any of them make sense and i just find that wonderful.

i also like the lyrics of pink floyd and steely dan. i really like lyrics on langauges i dont understand, that way i can just listen to the tone and melody of the voice rather than what the vocalist is saying

lyrics from diff languages scare me. im always thinking they are saying stuff like we hate americans. we are goign to kill them all. especially that appfro thunder guy. God i hate him

Ok, I remember this from Step Into the Light

Dave's former mentor, Ross Hoffman, sueing someone for rights and money to songs songs he "helped" with Dave. The song was originaly called #41 Police. It is a song saying, why are we fighting? Why can't we just enjoy the day? Why the hell must we put all this pain and hate?

Fatjack...i'm all for you not liking lyrics, but is there a specific reason? other than most are about love?

like seriously...a song about lets say...........going agro on like native americans and stuff (DDTW), are those bad lyrics too? or the best of what's around? bad lyrics? dancing nancies? bad lyrics? Warehouse? Bad too? (Just throwing out random names)
