Jack Johnson - do you remember

hey... i play this song with a capo on the 2nd fret. i cant figure out the chorus, this is the tab i used http://ultimate-guitar.com/tabs/j/jack_ ... r2_tab.htm can anyone help me with this tab because it is confusing and it seems like some chords are missing? thanks.

Capo on 2nd fret sounds much better and i know for a fact he plays with a capo because i saw him perform this summer first row in the pit.
