What are some of the harder DMB songs?

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

to get bakc on topic, BOWA verse and billies verse are some harder ones for dave matthews, but they're really not that difficult.

I don't really find any of dave's songs challenging anymore.. pretty much just perfecting them now.. But yea, Bowa and Billies verses are pretty decently hard..

i don't think BOWA is hard at all, pretty easy slides i think...after going to the mansfield show on 9/9 and seeing it live, Tripping Billies is definitely the hardest to 'truly' cover accurately...i'm amazed at how smoothly Dave frets and slides during that song...amazing..depressing too, cuz watching him is a constant reminder of how far i have to go to perfect such songs...

You Never Know is a beastly song for bass....as the tab onsite will tell you... the timing for tripping billies and smts is also hard to get down, those took me a couple days.

I didn't mean the actual verse of bowa, the notes are easy to hit, i was talking timing wise..

i read ya...the timing is difficult at first, but playing with red rocks or a clean d&t bootleg version really helps with any song like this...for me learning timing accelerates sooooooo much when playing along with a cd or something...i'm still really in awe of tripping billies though...seeing that live is ridiculous

Seriously I can't sing and play Proudest Monkey at the same time, I may be retarded but I just can't do it. But anyways the only challenging thing I ever found about Dave's riffs were the stretches on Captain and #41, and even those got easy pretty quick.
