see, i always thought she was good looking normally, she just looks like shit in this video. and for not being able to act, that's a definite no. there is a reason that whenever a young, relatively unknown actress turns in a great performance[s[(most recently- rachel mcadams) the question is, is she the next julia roberts?? she's probably one of the three best living female actresses, and probably one of the ten best all time.

It was ok. I like when they do shots of the band playing together and this didnt have that. And I didn't like how they had dialogue while the song was going on

i didn't mind the dialogue- it was very sparse(as opposed to the pretty solid wake me up when september ends video). i think the most disorienting thing was the faceless guy- i got it, i just didn't know why it was there. and why was dave just sitting in a theatre?? however, boyd cooking might be the funniest moment in dmb history. it's a shame- it's a real cool song, i wish they could have done a good video.

well, thanks. i guess. and are we supposed to assume that the movie is so bad that dave is the only one who wants to see it. and the crappy movie inspires him to sing?

EDIT: and if you're doing the movie theatre concept, would it kill them to sneak in the beginning of the video a coming soon to DVD 'because of winn dixie' or 'where the red fern grows'??

That is what I inital thought after first viewing, but after watching it a couple more times I enjoyed it more and more.
