Stay or Leave Corrected Tab

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

that doesn't sound right at all. do you mean x2x23x? but i actually think its x2x03x. if you listen closely, you can hear the G, err D because its in raised B.
it's x2x23x dude
in addition to being able to hear the open string, you can see that dave tucks his ring finger underneath on the same string that the pinky is fretting. watch the sessions @ aol at 27 seconds, you can clearly see his ring finger isn't fretting.

maybe its different for the B tuning, idk
by putting the capo at the 7th fret, anything played relative to the capo is the same as it being played on a raised B guitar.
Almost, it's an octave higher, so something just don't sound "right".
an octave higher from what? Baritone yes. I thought we were talking about raised B
Its relative on standard with a capo on 7, but it sounds different, and Kanter, do what you will but I've seen him play that a few times. Sessions @ AOL, Farm Aid 04', countless DVD's...
its because with capo7, the high e string is an octave above the B on a raised b guitar's high b string.

capo7 is really close but it's not the same tuning.

Go to the trading forums and poke around for a bit, you'll get your hands on some DVD's or CD's. Become part of the B&P stuff, you'll like it.

And yea Jay, that's what I meant.
