Does this look right (Blue Waterc)

In some Blue waters Dave plays this at the end.
Not quite sure if this is 100% correct, but it sounds fine to me.

isn't blue water the Em, 2s4s2 on the D string, C/G song on a 12 string? he plays it before jtr on warehouse 5 volume 4.

He's talking about the breakdown at the end of the song.

I'm not listening to the song right now, but I think it should be 3-1-0 on the low E
