it sounds great, but im sure its a shot in the dark. and its not like anything he is claiming has never been done before, if it pans out it looks like he got insider info, if it doesnt he will be flamed, or it will be forgotten.

well all i know is a lot of ppl will be disappointed if its other-wise....getting our hopes up and all..if d+t tour, my luck says i won't get tickets anyways

So I get down to the show around 4, and see Ray Lamantouge for a bit and then go down to see Randolph. I leave my friends on the lawn to head to my section 302 seats, when I call my friend Drew, who I knew had some sort of backstage pass. Little did I know I could go anywhere with him. So first thing we do is get front row for RRFB(who I love) This experience along could have made my night. But next we head backstage to where all the buses of the band members and trailors of the band members are. So we walk down a ways and as I am walking back I said it would be awesome to meet anyone from DMB and that I would flip. My friend says "Well there is Dave himself." Couldn't believe it. Went up said hi, thanks for bringing back SG its an honor to meet you." He had to run. So then Leroi. Incredible, I chat for a litlte longer with him, tell him to bring back Kit Kat Jam and he laughs and says tell Dave.

Alright anyays, as if it can't get any better... Bam we see Carter. Go up to him, wait for a while and leave because he's busy. Bummer but I saw Robert Randolph and we knew we'd talk to carter later. Anyawys, met all the members of RRFB, and then head back to talk to carter. We ended up chilling with carter for probably a good 15-20 minutes. I end up bringing up Minarets to the response of "Wow, that hasn't been played in a while, don't know.." Then I ask "What about JTR?" "Oh we were actually noodling with that a little bit ago, who knows." Maybe just got my hopes up but still great to hear nonetheless. So soon I see a person with red hair emerge. TREY! Meet and talk to him for a few minutes. At this point someone could kill me. So we are walking back to find some people when my frend Micho(his mom got the passes, works for Dave building the farms in VA) gets a call and his mom tells him to come back your going to meet Dave. So I end up walking back with him and Ashley is just chilling there. I was introduced and of course I knew who she was so I tried to not make it obvious Nicest lady in the world, and gives off such a powerful feeling. Really fantastic lady, and she says she will get David to say hi. Dave comes back tells me its nice to meet me again and I end up talking to Dave about JTR. He laughs, says we are in the process of it, we just like to noodle around with it for a few weeks before it really gets picked up. Then we talked about a few random things and the Gorge. Took a picture with him(only one I got unfortunately) and he had to go.

We get food come back and run into carter again. Gives us a smile and a thumbs up. We end up sitting in that little balcony to the right of the stage you always see people on. Crazy stuff. Got a thumbs up from Butch! And saw Trey before he came out and Randolph which was awesome. Ran into Ashley again after the show and she was apologetic that she was on her way out.

Definately a lot more detials that I am leaving out, but just typing this was crazy/

Just the most amazing night I could have asked for. Of course this was my 13th show(my lucky number) so it makes sense!
