Clear coat with keratin in it and you're all set, it's like $.99.

I finally quit biting my nails and they grow out really thin. Too thin to play guitar with. :(

i noticed today that even when i flat pick i guess my finger rubs on the strings and it has shaved my index finger right down...you can see the different layers of nail. kinda fucked up.
