Not bad at all  I kinda like the whispering vocals on Bartender, it adds a sort of quiety eeiry feeling to the song. You have a nice voice that will become very impressive with some practice. Pretty good falsetto in DDTW. Keep practicing, nice job man. :D

Yeah, way to go on dem high notes. You have a pretty good sense of your voice and what it's capable of, just keep playing and listening to yourself and it'll get even better.

On Crush you seemed off beat between your voice and the guitar.

Oh, and to get more feedback try posting shorter things, the internet gives people ADD, just a tip :)

listening right now...

solid job, i liked the vocals (those high notes on DDTW sure are a bitch arent they?)

and o btw the transition from bartender to DDTW was good, the transition from DDTW to crush could use a little work

overall nice work, man

Haha, thanks, there wasn't supposed to be much of a transition from DDTW to Crush, I was just messin around. I personally don't seem to have any problem hitting the high notes dave hits... or the lower ones of course, my trouble seems to be some of the middle notes. There seems to be an area of about 2 notes that I just cant hit well, either in my falsetto or in my normal voice. I can tell you easily which ones they are... the VERY FIRST note in crash into me I have trouble with. I can do it decently in falsetto but it doesn't sound good. However, when I try to reach it in my normal voice, it never comes out very clearly. I know I should be capable of hitting it, because SOMETIMES I can hit it wonderfully, I think maybe it just depends on how hydrated I am? Anyone know?

i find drinking some room-temperature water before i attempt (key word "attempt") to sing always helps me hit the notes i want to hit

who knows if it it'll help you with singing crash and what not, just a friendly suggestion

Nice clip!

You know your shit, I can attest to that my brotha'.

Quality isn't that bad at all (mic's).

Your timing is great and I am impressed.

For me, if I drink ANY alcohol, whether this idea is "just in my head", but if I drink any booze I can't sing because my throat constricts. Alcohol is a diuretic. Drink room temp water with lime in it. Works for me. :)

Peace,

C

the water and lime trick actually works for him, I've seen it, although chronic works well too, which is the only time I can sing and be happy with it. But, chronic usually brings on the Jack for me, which leads to about a 20 minute window of singing well.
