he actually used those chords in the song? i figured it was either the two step chords or grey street chords
For us living any other ways was nuts. with all the goodie-goodies working shitty jobs for bum pay checks, took the subway work and worried about their bills were dead. they were suckers, they had no balls. if we wanted something we just took it, and if anybody complained twice they got hit so hard believe me they never complained again

wait, did dave use the chords he was accused of ripping off in the song about said chords??? :lol:

if so, that's some funny shit. I assumed it weas the five formations he uses a ton. IE the three main ones from When the World Ends and the obvious two from the billies chorus.

Dave Not only took those chords to write #41 but also another song..another song that has brutal stretches. The song captain uses the same chords, there just down a fret

I haven't really read any posts...but isn't this kind of a rediculous arguement. I mean, there are no patent on guitar chords. It's like if I walk a certain way, then someone starts walking that way, and gets famous for it...who am I to say "Hey fuck you, you stole my walk!"
