I want to record some audio onto my computer and found that i can only record 60 seconds with the recorder on my comp. Is there any free software that I can dl that will allow me to do more

From my understanding, unplug your mic and record 60 seconds of no sound. Then decrease the speed, which will halve the pitch and double the time(meaning you have 120 seconds). Do as many times as needed...

Just go on kazaa and download cool edit pro..

We need a good euphemism for it. Any suggestions? I'm kinda partial to "Asking Uncle Kaz for <foo>". If you're looking for a legitimately free multitrack recorder, there's also Audacity which is pretty spiffy considering it's free and all.
