Continental Today

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

Continental Today

Unread post by jkanter » Sun Aug 24, 2003 4:17 am

I am putting this here becuase it mostly pertains to us musicians.

I will be at Continental Arena tomorrow BRIGHT AND EARLY....drinking, jamming and just chillen. I will be putting up a sign saying that I am from DMBTabs.com.

I will also be posting at htttp://www.dmbtabs.com/concert/ my location in the parking lot. I will be calling up someone and telling them to upload a file to the server with my location. Anyone can call someone up and have them check the location if they want to stop by.

I will also be having a "petition" that I am going to send to DMB Management saying they should let me do the DVD...since it's taking forever. I want as many people to sign it as possible. I am thinking about sending this with different people to different concerts to get as many to sign it. Anyway....if you all want to join me....YOUR MORE THAN WELCOME TO COME JAM OR JUST SAY HI! I'll be there with my case of beer and geeetar just strummin the day away. Can't wait for a NASTY concert.......see ya all there....PEACE

Online petitions won't hold as much weight as a hard copy will. Think about it...if you dump a petition on someone's desk, it will have a bigger effect than if you just post it on a website. Nobody will see the online one unless they are told to look.

So how was it kanter? Looking at the setlist, seems kinda short and didn't impress me much, but how much can I tell sitting in front of my computer....

I am not Kanter, but I was there and I thought it was a little short, but a lot of fun. They played some mellower stuff like pay for what you get, which i liked. Overall I thought it was pretty good (not excellent, not poor).
