Just wanted to let you know that the homepage (not the boards) break Firebird 0.6.1... I'm sure it's not a big priority since no one uses it except for me (ALTHOUGH THEY SHOULD! BEST BROWSER EVER CREATED FOR WINDOWS!), but Moz usually sticks to HTML standards, so there may be something non-compliant on the homepage. Haven't run a w3c check though.

I don't have much to do with the HTML, but do you have any idea what's screwing it up?

Or does it just crash / hang in general?

Also, can you view a tab page in firebird without problem?

It just hangs. This is the first site it's ever done it on. And yes, tabs work perfectly in firebird.

Oh, and I ran the site through the W3C validator, and once i specified an encoding (because it's missing one), it failed pretty badly.

Yes! PLEASE KANTER AND JPITT! We need Moz support! I hate having to boot up IE everytime i want to look at a tab. All you have to do is make the main site conform to the standards, which it doesn't do right now.

I sent an email to Joshia G (from the Contact Page) this morning about this.
I never thought to check the forum...:p

The crash is specifically caused by the "overflow:scroll" property that is being used in the drop down song selection menu.
Removing it will solve the problem.

For a temporary fix you can add the following to the usercontent.css file in your Mozilla(or Firebird/Phoenix) profile directory.

Code: Select all

form[action="/song.php"]
{display: none !important;}
This will completely remove the offending form, but you can still navigate the site using the album menus...

because the HTML used on the page isn't standardized.
thats why it works in buggy IE.

3rd request.
