Hartford 8-30/8-31

anyone going to theses shows. i'm going to both overnight and i wanted to see if anyone wanted to jam a bit before or after the shows. there are so many fans there that it would be great fun.

i'm going to the 8-30 show with a few friends....its gonna be awlsome!

we're stuck on the lawn though, might as well bring a telescope!! haa j/p :lol:

I got lawn too. Theres a good side and a band side to the lawn at the meadows

Bad Side:
Not too good of sound, but ok
Not too good of view at all.

But as long as I hear the songs and can see dave while having a good time with my friends, shit, theres nothing wrong with that

my dad just got tickets to sundays show! which means we're going to both shows! holla.

we're in section 600 now...with SEATS BABY! 8) 8) 8)

Unfortunately I'm not going this year. I didn't go last summer either, but had great seats the year before (section 200, about 15 rows back). That was awesome and I'll never ever get lawn again. Three years ago a bunch of us had lawn seats and got separated before we even got in and we weren't able to all hook up until 3/4 way through the show. We then proceeded to have some dickheads behind us who were pissing in cups toss them in the air. That was fun. I also saw people fight, pass out in flowerbeds, and puke all over the bathroom. Hey, don't get me wrong, I've done my fair share of boozing, but seeing a bunch of stupidly drunk 17 year olds is not my idea of a good time. But, hey, I'm an old fart so what do I know, right?

Look at those godly setlists! these were my first dave concerts and they were such an awesome experience its unbelievable. when we were walking back to the car dave, carter and butch drove by in their respective tour buses. it was cool how they sat in the front seat so everyone could see them. it was awesome to applaud as they honked and waved to us. man next years tour can't come soon enough!

I flew out to hartford last year to see the show on the 25th and I must say that that is one of the crappiest venues ever. I had seats and could hardly see shit. I can't imagine how bad the lawn was.
But congrats on getting to see some awesome shows to start off your new addiction. That first set list looks insanely good.
