....you're not listening to spotlight. It's nowhere near DDTW.
That song blows. To quote dave himself, "If Satell...I mean Spotlight were anything other than a song, it would be a turd."

I thought Leave Me Praying was an early Bartender...
EDIT: Nevermind, I just listened to it again, definatly DDTW, I got it confused with Reconsile Our Differences. My bad.

Thanks guys, it's a pretty good song. It would be crazy if he broke it out at some random concert sometime.
that would be sweet.
Too bad he hates it.
Maybe not spotlight then, but it would be sweet if he broke out some really old, obscure song that only the fans who are willing to find that kind of stuff could apriciate.

I think Spotlight is one of his best songs. Especially full band.

Cool song, not very fun to play though.
I'd rather see some other old stuff been played, or maybe some new stuff.
Yeah, new stuff would be better.

i think it's a terrible song. maybe it's me. not just the lyrics which are kind of blah, but i don't like the tune either. i can see why dave doesn't care to play it. but i think i read on here somewhere on here that someone shouted it out for him to play and he said the song was crap or dog crap or something. anyway, i don't care for it either.

Check my quote at the top of this page.
And yeah, the song is horrible really. It could have been written by one of my roommates in college.

Sorry guys, I was just trying to understand where DDTW came from.
Thanks for clearing it up, those of you who did help,
Could anyone put up a link for the song "Leave Me Praying"
I don't have it, and have never heard of it.
Would love to listen to it.
Thanks
