hunger for the great light good or bad?

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

Coming from the kid that "wrote" a song that blatantly(sp) ripped-off a Beck tune.
You don't need to be a great song-writer to spot crap song writing.

why batson is so obsessed with looping i'll never know.
He's a hip-hop producer... nuff said.

Let's take a group of great musicians that have been playing together for many years...have them play 2 bars, and loop the shit out of it for 3-5 minutes...great idea...

I think the album is decent, but i hope Batson is busy with Eminem or 50 cent the next time DMB is looking to make an album.
thank you! Finally someone else who really doesn't like this guy.

I'm telling you guys, it's that guys fault that a lot of the people on here and otherwise don't like this new album. He screwed things up in my opinion.

I still like the album, and i like 5 or 6 of the songs on there, but the others i don't really like at all

Then you should also blame the band for being "dumb" enough to go with it.

I'm not saying the band is dumb for going with Batson. They wanted something different and they knew Batson could do that for them. Perhaps it was a mistake to stay with him after they had get to known what he was doing with the album at certain periods of time in the production of the album, but like I said they did want something different...

I think they could have just done something different but not be what almost seems to be almost totally out of the realm of DMB or what DMB is about, and what their music is about.

I'm just saying that if you are looking for someone to blame because you think the album sucks a fatty, you cant blame it all on Batson.
