The song as it stands is 1:30. Tomorrow when I get together with the pianist in my band, we're planning on doing a 2 or 3 minute jam/solo with that. I did the percussion in this cut, so it's a little off. It'll be redone tomorrow by someone with rythym. Let me know what you guys think.

A scatterbrained critique:
I like the mellow feel of the song. The vocals are too quiet. The instruments and effects sound great, but I'd prefer if the mix was more centered. It really reminds me of Pay For What You Get. The lyrics seem a bit cliche to me, but that may be due to the low vocal volume (and delivery is extrememly important for making lyrics sound genuine). However, it's your song and if you like it as is, don't change a thing. Hope that's useful.

I agree. It sounded like it was a little jumbled, but that is probably because of the levels. I'm sure if you tweak them around, especially the drums and vocals, you've got something worth exploring.AdamCU81 wrote:A scatterbrained critique:
