Yes?
Damn it.
actually no...

i-am-me wrote:its funny you mention crash. i was listening to the stand up bonus disk when i got it, and i was blown away. i was like "this is crash? why the hell are the drums so insane on such a soft song"
i find it amazing that carter can put such awesome licks and chops into such soft songs without taking over the song.
Thats why he kicks ass
Dreaming Tree, Rapunzel, Typical Situation, PFWYG, Say Goodbye, spoon, pig, etc....may be difficult or easy, but its the right drums and creative licks that make him who he is

ive always loved the drumming to LIOG. i like good drumming, but i hate drum solos. they are just so boring. i think if carter should solo, someone else should solo at the same time like on LS with the piano and the drums. i liked that
For us living any other ways was nuts. with all the goodie-goodies working shitty jobs for bum pay checks, took the subway work and worried about their bills were dead. they were suckers, they had no balls. if we wanted something we just took it, and if anybody complained twice they got hit so hard believe me they never complained again

I'm not gonna even try here.
Forget about the reasons and the treasons we are seeking
Forget about the notion that our emotions can be swept away, kept at bay
Forget about being guilty, we are innocent instead
For soon we will all find our lives swept away
