The Stone, Drive In Drive Out. I can sorta play DIDO, but I haven't got to Stone level yet. And even with DIDO, I got problems with the picking.

Fool To Think. I can play it, but I can't play it and sing at the same time. That song rules and is one of their best!

I cant play one dave song correctly. Its sad but true. I kinda play most of them my own way and can fool some non dmb influenced guitarists.

If I could sit down with someone and learn any song perfectly I think it would be WWYS, Warehouse, BOWA, Crush, or Satellite. in that order

I've taken the time to sit down and get most of the songs I love to sing and play down. One that has always escaped me was Dodo however.

I can play stone pretty easily, but when i start to sing along shit hits the fan. That and So much to say would be my troubles, mostly with just singing and playing at the same time.

I totally agree. He plays a pattern consisting of eigth notes, but he sings in a triplet pattern. I used to be a drummer even more me, it is extremely difficult to play eight notes and triplets at the same time without goofing up the beat.

I agree - Fool to think - the chorus sounds so badass but I cannot get it right and sing it at the same time. And this may sound pretty pathetic but I have a lot of trouble with Proudest Monkey. I guess maybe its just cause I never really tried and the guitar part is just TOO easy that I can't keep it at a steady tempo. Its kinda funny that I can play the stone and sing fine but proudest monkey screws me up

some of the harder ones (the stone) i have absolutely no trouble with - but then i'll get all screwed up with something like typical situation, or the "i, i, hold, hold, on to you" part of american baby screws me up too

also, sugar will, partially because there aren't that many solid lyrics but more because theres just constant movement

I don't know if you people are aware, but on fool to think, he switches from 4/4 on the verse to 9/8 for the chorus. so those having trouble with the chorus, maybe that will help you get the timing a little better.
