Cover demo

Unread post by gitarCASE » Sun May 22, 2005 1:33 pm

Me and a good friend of mine just recently got together and just jammed out at his place, experimenting with styles and what not. Found out our musical tatste kindof mesh and what not. But we decided to do a cover demo with ten songs, strictly acoustic that is.

So far the list is...

DMB - Say Goodbye
DMB - Lover Lay Down
DMB - Angel from Montgomery
Bob Marley - Redemption Song
Bob Marley - Acoustic Medley
Bob Dylan and Johnny Cash - Girl from the North Country Fair
Bob Dylan - Oh Sister
Pink Floyd - Wish you were here

Havent decided on the last two. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks

Angel from Montgomery is not a DMB tune. It is by John Prine.

I know that, were playing his version of it. It's a cover just like he does a cover of Bob Dylan's Oh sister. I just couldn't remember who played it originally.

Just to see how we play together. See how things sound.
