I just found out that Dave played a set in NYC on the 17th with Butch Taylor for a taping of another VH1 storytellers for a venue of about 300. Now, I live in NJ, about 20 minutes from the city, and I had no clue this was going on. I heard it's his "fanclub" that got to hear about this deal. Did anybody here know about this or how I could have gotten tickets? I would have sold my car and all my worldly possessions except for my 6 string to see that show.

Well, a lot of people knew, but getting tickets for that is an excercise in futility

Kind of like getting tickets for D&T, but much worse.

that's cool they did watchtower. but do you really think VH1 will air that? Too long for the short attention spans of america. They must have done crush without the jam, and im just keeping my fingers crossed that they dont air WAYG.

They could have done without Crush or Ants. I know Ants is a staple at their shows, but I'm sure they could have played another radio-friendly single that they didn't already play on Storytellers.

yeah, i agree, I love those two songs, but they did them both in the last Storytellers, although i really wanna see where are you going as well, i love that song, none of my friends that like dave give it much credit for being a dave song, but i love it
