Recording quality is awesome. That new mic is definately coming through. Sounds nice and crisp but not brittle at all. I want one dammit!
Last comment is on the vocal overdubs...get rid of them. They sound really jumbled. I think a simple two or three part harmony would've worked much better.
Thanks Mike.
Yeah this new mic is awesome. I'd definately recommend it.
As for the prechorus/chorus, I feel the same way so i'm still working on it.
As for the overdubs, it's actually just one overdub so it's just a two part harmony. But I agree it does sound jumbled.

Thanks for your comments.

I feel bad not having critiqued this yet.

I realllllllly liked it. I really love the "doesn't matter anyway". I just like how it's delivered.

I can't really critique much, expect...the second vocal tracks. I would either make them more subtle or scrap them. I just think it would work better as a pure acoustic tune.

I really loved it, though. Honestly. I should have posted this a few days ago when I listened to it. Listening again now, I just said "Damn" to myself. (not even joking.) I love it Miguel, keep up the fuckabulous work. :)

Harmonies are off, just a little but its annoying.

Also, the main vocals need compression at points near the end where it gets louder.

Also, consider either bringing the mainguitar more upfront or reduce the slaps and percussion sounds with EQ because the percussion dominates the sound which it really shouldnt, at least IMO.

Awesome song!!! :D
For all my posts, just add "I think" in the beginning and "in my opinion" in the end. Now shut up!
