Help with Cool Edit Pro....

Hey, can someone help me multitrack. I know F12 gives me the multitrack view, but I can't record one thing, and then play it while recording another on top of it :cry: ...HELP! Thanks in advance!

in Multritrack view, next to each one, there should be a little button that's red that has the letter "R" on that. now, when you hit record, it will record onto anytrack that you've pushed the little button "R" of.

if you want to stop recording onto that track, just click the little "R" then move down to another track...so you can do separate tracks and if you have your volume up the other track you recorded before'll play while you record the new one. :)
