doubling up songs?
Do you guys think DMB will play the same songs from the new album both nights at a two night stand? Or think that they will mix it up completely like they did in '03?. I wouldn't be surprised if American Baby, Dreamgirl, and possibly Hello Again appeared both nights, because of their single status (Hello Again isn't a single i know) but I hope they keep it fresh and play different songs from the new album each night, so the fans can hear more old songs too.

dreamgirl is the next official 2nd single...but the thing w/playing them both nights....we will definately hear american baby both nights and as for new songs...most likely hear a few of those a couple times...just hoping they don't drown all the old music out too much but yeah its possible...heard all 4 of the newly introduced songs last yr both shows (joy ride hello again etc.)
Celebrate we will...

yea i was thinking they might drown em out as well but then we had the show on AOL a few nights ago and i think that solved my true fears of that happening....i think they will play plenty of old ones and throw the new ones in sometimes.DMBiewski wrote:dreamgirl is the next official 2nd single...but the thing w/playing them both nights....we will definately hear american baby both nights and as for new songs...most likely hear a few of those a couple times...just hoping they don't drown all the old music out too much but yeah its possible...heard all 4 of the newly introduced songs last yr both shows (joy ride hello again etc.)

Yeah they played all 4 both nights at Burghettstown too. I didn't mind though, cause it was only four. With possibly 7 or 8 songs new songs each night though, new album songs could be half the set. I like the new cd, but would love for them to play some rarer classics.GSRLessard14 wrote:they did at hartford.Lord Of The Flies wrote:I thought they played all four both nights.
i think they'll play a couple new tunes twice.. hopefully they won't play the same 5 or 6 songs both nights.
